The security were professional. The staff and front line management were organised and allowed everything to work as clockwise. Novita and Mulayadi are great in their role as all the others were able to perform their duties with professionalism as well as tender loving care. They are passionate in their job and when their is the passion excellence is delivered. I hope to one day return and they can be like family. The hotel rooms are pretty comfortable and thanks to the big windows you can enjoy the view over the city. The first day we had a problem with the AC properly and the staff promptly changed our room to another one with a functioning AC. The breakfast buffet is quite varied and the offer comprises local dishes. We also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant and the dishes were very tasty.

Clean hotel, good and inexpensive restaurant, and good spread for the buffet breakfast. The pool is decent for the kids. Within walking distance of a few restaurants and a bunch of ATM's, for anything else you need to use Grab.

Comfortable room with every facility. The facility is well made and many services are available. The hotel restaurant is really good and the staff very friendly. Excellent value for money!
